I designed these letters with older demographics in mind, making color contrast ADA compliant, font size legible, and placement compatible with window style envelopes.

While health insurance legalese can often be daunting and a drag to pay attention to, this design keeps the consumer’s attention span in mind and makes the flow of information easy to follow with a clear sense of hierarchy.
